This starts with the procurement of raw materials and the incoming goods inspection. For example, we take samples from various layers of the tank of each of the tankers, these then being tested in the laboratory before the load can be pumped into the silos. This quality control is continued with throughout each of the production phases in addition to retention samples of the finished products also being taken into storage so that the batch number that is allocated to the goods can be use to determined whether a quality defect has occurred in the production later.
